I have added sashings and boders to my current quilt in progress.
I’m really pleased with how the flower stems grow between the blocks.
Next step is quilting…
then stitching around all of the applique.
I can’t wait!
You can see more photos here.
Hi Tracey,
Quilt looks fantastic! Binding on it’s way to you. I can’t seem to reply on Facebook.
Thanks, Sarah! I am MAKING myself quilt something else before the binding gets here. This one is waiting for me patiently…
OMG Tracey stop playing scrabble with me and quilt and then sew round all that applique – you’ve got so much sewing to do!!!!
But I have to put my bingo down…
That looks gorgeous!!
No. Really. !!
Nice one !
The colours are absolutely gorgeous!
Awesome!!
Wow Tracey, this quilt is looking amazing. I love it!
(but I was restrained and only used one of these!)
Primo! You have an admirable sense of design and color.
Bloomin gorgeous!
Seriously beautiful!
Ooh, it is looking sooo lovely!
Pretty! (Can’t be more articulate than that at the moment…)
Seriously gorgeous Tracey. My birthday is in January, just in case you need a recipient!
This has been noted and recorded in my diary.
The way the stems flow through the whole design is fab – and it was one of he very first things I noticed when you first posted early pics of it.
You are so very clever!
